1. Who we are and what these terms cover
These terms apply to thebrutallyhonest.co (the "website") and to the services offered on it. The website is run by Brutally Honest Oy, a limited company registered in Finland (Business ID 3574434-1), which operates as The Brutally Honest. In these terms, "we" and "us" mean Brutally Honest Oy. By using the website or buying a service you accept these terms.
2. Using the website
You may use the website to learn about our work, read our content, book a call or contact us. Do not misuse it: no attempts to break or overload it, no scraping at scale, and nothing unlawful.
3. Our services
Programmes, mentorship, training and consulting are agreed with each client in a separate written proposal or agreement, and that agreement takes precedence over these terms. Our e-books and tools are sold on Gumroad under Gumroad's own terms.
4. Intellectual property
The content on this website, including text, frameworks, assessments, videos and design, belongs to Brutally Honest Oy or its licensors. You may share links to it and quote short parts with credit. You may not copy, resell or republish it without our written permission.
5. No professional advice
Our content, assessments and AI features give you information and opinions to consider. They are not legal, tax, financial or investment advice, and decisions you make with them are yours.
6. Liability
We provide the website and our free content as they are. For business customers, to the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability for any claim connected with a paid service is limited to the amount paid for that service in the twelve months before the claim. For consumers, nothing in these terms excludes or limits statutory remedies, liability for digital content or services that are not as agreed, liability for personal injury, or any liability that mandatory law does not let us limit.

8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the current version. Changes do not alter a one-off purchase you have already made. For an ongoing service such as a subscription, a material change applies only after reasonable notice by e-mail, and you can end the service before it takes effect.
9. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of Finland. Disputes with business customers are settled exclusively by the Helsinki District Court. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer law of the country where you live, you can bring proceedings in any court that mandatory law allows, including the courts where you live, and after first contacting us you can refer the matter to the Finnish Consumer Disputes Board (kuluttajariita.fi).
